Who We Are

RTI Construction was founded on a belief that business can be a ministry and that every project is an opportunity to serve people with excellence while pointing them to the hope found in Jesus Christ.

Our story began in 2016 when our founder, Arnold, established Roof Top Innovations with a commitment to delivering exceptional roofing services and building lasting relationships through integrity, quality, and hard work. As the company grew, so did the realization that the construction industry, and the marketplace as a whole, needed more than another contractor. It needed leaders who would boldly represent Christ through the way they served others.

In 2022, Arnold made the decision to pivot and rebrand the commercial division as RTI Construction. This was more than a name change, it was a return to the true foundation of the company: Jesus Christ. While our expertise expanded into commercial construction, restoration, roofing, repairs/maintenance program, and specialty services, our mission became even clearer.

We are a Kingdom-driven company.

Our purpose extends far beyond constructing buildings or installing roofs. We exist to bring the love, hope, and truth of Jesus Christ into the marketplace. Every employee, subcontractor, client, and partner is someone created in God’s image, and we believe every interaction is an opportunity to make an eternal impact.

At RTI Construction, we often say:
