For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “RTI Construction,” “RTI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to RTI Construction or Roof Top Innovations, LLC, and “you” and “your” refer to the person or entity accessing or using this website.
 

1. Purpose of This Website

This website provides general information about RTI Construction and the services we may offer, including commercial and residential roofing, construction, property repairs, restoration, maintenance, and emergency water mitigation.

Website content is provided for general informational and promotional purposes. The availability, scope, price, scheduling, and suitability of any service will depend on the specific property, project conditions, service area, material availability, applicable regulations, and the terms of a separate written agreement.
 

2. No Construction Contract Is Created

Your use of this website, submission of a contact form, request for an inspection, request for an estimate, telephone conversation, email communication, or other preliminary interaction does not create a construction contract, contractor-client relationship, or obligation for RTI Construction to perform services.
 

Construction, roofing, restoration, mitigation, maintenance, and repair services will be governed by a separate written estimate, work authorization, proposal, service agreement, or construction contract accepted by the applicable parties.

If these Terms and Conditions conflict with a signed project-specific agreement, the signed project-specific agreement will control with respect to that project.
 

3. Estimates, Inspections, and Project Information

Any preliminary pricing, estimated cost, anticipated schedule, general recommendation, or service description provided through the website is informational only unless expressly included in a written agreement issued by RTI Construction.
 

Estimates may be subject to revision based on factors including:

  • Concealed or previously inaccessible damage;

  • Deteriorated decking, framing, insulation, wiring, plumbing, or structural components;

  • Mold, asbestos, lead-based materials, or other hazardous conditions;

  • Code requirements, permits, engineering requirements, or inspection findings;

  • Material availability and manufacturer pricing;

  • Changes requested by the property owner, manager, insurer, consultant, or authorized representative;

  • Conditions discovered after demolition or construction begins; and

  • Circumstances outside RTI Construction’s reasonable control.
     

An inspection represents observations made under the conditions reasonably accessible at the time of inspection. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, inspections are visual and non-destructive and are not engineering evaluations, environmental assessments, code-compliance certifications, or guarantees that every existing or potential condition has been identified.
 

4. Insurance-Related Projects

RTI Construction is a construction contractor and is not acting as a public insurance adjuster, attorney, or representative of the property owner in connection with an insurance claim.
 

RTI Construction may provide inspections, photographs, measurements, estimates, scopes of work, invoices, and other construction-related documentation describing observed conditions and proposed services. However, RTI Construction does not interpret insurance policies, determine coverage, negotiate claim settlements on behalf of policyholders, or provide legal or insurance advice.
 

The property owner is responsible for communicating with the insurance carrier and complying with the terms of the applicable insurance policy. RTI Construction does not guarantee that an insurance claim will be approved or that an insurer will pay any particular amount.
 

Customers are responsible for paying all required deductibles, deposits, balances, upgrades, non-covered items, and other amounts required under their project agreement and applicable law. RTI Construction does not waive, rebate, absorb, or otherwise improperly offset insurance deductibles.
 

5. Emergency Service Requests

Submitting a form, email, or message through this website does not guarantee immediate assistance or confirm that emergency service has been dispatched.

Website forms and email accounts may not be monitored continuously. For urgent conditions involving active water intrusion, unsafe structures, fire, electrical hazards, gas leaks, flooding, or threats to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency service provider and call RTI Construction directly at 281.351.7663.
 

Emergency mitigation and temporary protective measures are intended to reduce the potential for additional damage. They do not necessarily constitute permanent repairs or guarantee that all damage will be prevented.
 

6. Customer Responsibilities

When requesting services, you agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate authorization before requesting work on a property you do not personally own.
 

You agree not to misrepresent your identity, authority, property ownership, project conditions, insurance status, or any other material information.

The property owner or authorized representative may be responsible for providing reasonable access to the property, identifying known hazards, securing pets, removing personal belongings, obtaining approvals, and completing other obligations specified in the applicable project agreement.
 

7. Electronic Communications

When you provide your telephone number, email address, or other contact information, you authorize RTI Construction to contact you regarding your inquiry, requested inspection, estimate, project, appointment, or existing business relationship.
 

Communications may be made by telephone, email, or text message using the contact information you provide. Consent to receive marketing communications will be obtained separately where required by applicable law.

Electronic communications may not always be secure, timely, or error-free. Do not submit highly sensitive information through a general website contact form.
 

8. Photographs, Testimonials, and Project Examples

Photographs, project descriptions, testimonials, reviews, and case studies displayed on this website are provided to illustrate RTI Construction’s services and previous experience.
 

Project results vary based on property conditions, materials, budget, design, project scope, weather, maintenance, and other circumstances. Displaying a previous project or customer experience does not guarantee identical or comparable results for another project.
 

Unless otherwise stated, images may include completed projects, representative imagery, manufacturer materials, stock photography, or digitally prepared marketing content.
